Recycling all our office waste with Elise
As an adapted company, it promotes the creation of permanent jobs for people with disabilities or who are experiencing integration difficulties.
Recycle our electrical and electronic waste with Recyclea
Recyclea promotes the reuse of equipment before recycling. As an adapted company, it employs and supports a majority of disabled people.
Deploying a responsible purchasing policy
We prefer committed and responsible partners who respect a supplier code of conduct with ethical, social and environmental requirements.
Participate in the preservation of biodiversity and carbon capture on French territory
In 2021 Magellan Partners is committed, in partnership with EcoTree, to the rebirth of the French forest. The Group has chosen this partner carefully so as not to limit its project to a simple purchase of trees. Ecotree is proposing a true project of rebirth and resilience, with the dual objective of preserving biodiversity and carbon sequestration.
Magellan Partners’ commitment is as follows: for each new employee hired by one of our entities, a red oak tree is planted and sustainably managed in the Luthenay forest in the Nièvre region.

Respect for ethical rules
Magellan Partners is committed to respecting the law and ethical rules. The CSR Committee has published a code of ethics and an anti-corruption policy to prevent any risky behavior (corruption, conflicts of interest, money laundering, anti-competitive practices, etc.).

The CSR strategy of Magellan Partners Group is led by a representative committee. The voluntary employees of the different entities of the Group gather in a participative spirit.
Our CSR committee is structured around 4 major themes: environment, social, ethics & security, responsible purchasing.

CSR
Former Financial Auditor and then CSR Manager, I was very early introduced to extra-financial reporting and involved in environmental associations. I work on CSR projects with a focus on compliance with topics such as CSRD and Taxonomy. I am also part of the team of consultants of the new CSR practice.
As HR Director of axYus, I am convinced that our strength comes from our diversity and our different and complementary backgrounds. Together we can build an ever more pleasant environment and at the same time think of all those who need help in finding a job or in their daily lives.
