On the program of your integration
Your 1st day: a flexible and accompanied transition
For us, your good integration is essential. From your first day, a course is set up to familiarize you step by step with your environment: new offices, new teams and new missions.
- A half-day of training and presentation of the Group by the HRDs.
- Meet the leaders who share your ambition.
- Your referent welcomes you as soon as you arrive, introduces you to the team and will accompany you for several months.
- The work begins! But always under the benevolent eye of your referent.
Recruitment process
We know that your time is precious. It takes just 3 to 6 weeks to sign your employment contract ! During this period, your proficiency in English will be tested during a 30-minute phone test.
