Acting for the environment with committed partners
In these times of heightened climate awareness, companies have a duty to critically analyze their impact on climate change, biodiversity loss and resource scarcity. They are in the front line to initiate more virtuous modes of production and consumption for the planet.
Magellan Partners is aware of these issues and is committed to taking action in three key areas: measuring and improving its environmental footprint, raising awareness of environmental issues among our employees, and building sustainable solutions for our clients.
Recycling all our office waste with Elise
As an adapted company, it promotes the creation of permanent jobs for people with disabilities or who are experiencing integration difficulties.
Recycle our electrical and electronic waste with Recyclea
Recyclea promotes the reuse of equipment before recycling. As an adapted company, it employs and supports a majority of disabled people.
Deploying a responsible purchasing policy
We prefer committed and responsible partners who respect a supplier code of conduct with ethical, social and environmental requirements.
In the face of climate and environmental emergencies, it is time for accountability and action
We are convinced that companies must question their own environmental impacts, rethink their business model, their products and services, as well as their financing, in order to be clearly and quickly part of the transition.
As part of its 2030 strategic plan for the Group, based on Augmented Transformation, Magellan Partners is accelerating on the challenges of Sustainability at the heart of the transformation of all organizations.
Participate in the preservation of biodiversity and carbon capture on French territory
In 2021 Magellan Partners is committed, in partnership with EcoTree, to the rebirth of the French forest. The Group has chosen this partner carefully so as not to limit its project to a simple purchase of trees. Ecotree is proposing a true project of rebirth and resilience, with the dual objective of preserving biodiversity and carbon sequestration.
Magellan Partners’ commitment is as follows: for each new employee hired by one of our entities, a red oak tree is planted and sustainably managed in the Luthenay forest in the Nièvre region.

Ensuring ethics and safety
Respect for ethical rules
Magellan Partners is committed to respecting the law and ethical rules. The CSR Committee has published a code of ethics and an anti-corruption policy to prevent any risky behavior (corruption, conflicts of interest, money laundering, anti-competitive practices, etc.).
Security is everyone’s business
Security is a priority issue for Magellan Partners and must involve the company, its partners and employees. The Group has therefore implemented a charter, an information system security policy and a personal data protection policy. At the same time, employees are regularly made aware of security issues by the CSR committee.
