From entrepreneurship

to innovation

In 2008, 3 entrepreneurs, Didier Zeitoun, Claude Aulagnon, and

Michel Hatiez decided to found Magellan Partners. Their main observation?

Customer support needs a complete rethink:

By covering the entire digital transformation chain:
from strategic and IS consulting to the design and integration of digital
solutions, we need to approach our intervention as a
complete, coherent whole.

By mobilizing expertise that anticipates and changes the market:
via the continuous improvement of our skills to constantly
innovate on our services. Magellan has grown organically for 12 years
, looking outside to help influence how to grow internally.

This is how Magellan Partners was born, a firm specializing in Organizational Consulting and Information Systems, deeply rooted in Technologies and Data. With the goal of offering expert, tailor-made support for all key technologies on the market, the firm very quickly became a Group: from one acquisition to the next, its story was just beginning to unfold.

Our Strategic Plan 2030

In 2023, the Magellan Partners Group achieved its growth objectives 2 years ahead of schedule. In 2024, Magellan Partners launches its new strategic plan for 2030, and becomes a Consulting and Technology Group in Augmented Transformation.

Creation

Creation of Magellan Consulting, a consultancy specializing in management, organization and information systems.

2010

Management

Creation of Magellan Project, focusing on project management and support.

2012

Microsoft

Acquisition of Exakis, a leading player in the Microsoft integration and consulting market.

2015

Salesforce

Creation of Comforth, a pure player specializing in Salesforce consulting and integration.

2018

AWS

Creation of J2C, a specialist in consulting and the integration of AWS solutions to help companies achieve their strategic and technological goals.

2019

Microsoft No. 1

Exakis acquires Nelite and becomes Exakis Nelite, the leading independent Microsoft pure player in France.

2019

Security

Creation of Magellan Sécurité, which provides 360° protection strategy for corporate teams, sites and infrastructures.

2020

Salesforce No. 1

Comforth acquires Karoo and becomes Comforth Easyfront, the leading independent Salesforce pure player in France.

2021

ServiceNow

Acquisition of Keralia Consulting, a leading player in the ServiceNow integration and consulting market.

Keralia Consulting becomes Yunit, with the aim of becoming the leading ServiceNow pure player in France.

Public Sector

Acquisition of axYus, a leading player in digital transformation and a designer of custom applications for the French public sector.

2022

AWS and GCP

Acquisition of Daveo, a specialist in product management and public cloud consulting on AWS and GCP.

Daveo has developed an integrated cloud offering including the design, development and implementation of applications and solutions in the AWS and GCP clouds.

2022

SAP S/4HANA

Acquisition of MMH and MBVSI, two companies specialising in consulting, integration, hosting and managed services for SAP and SAP S/4 HANA.

Magellan Partners is investing in the future of SAP by positioning itself on innovative and automated turnkey services for the migration of SAP ECC to the new S/4HANA version.

Salesforce 360 Partner

Comforth Karoo acquires Easyfront and becomes Comforth Easyfront, reinforcing its position as the largest Salesforce 360 partner in France, with the capacity to work on all the Clouds and a complete sectoral footprint.

Easyfront is a Salesforce expert specializing in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, tech and retail sectors.

Luxury and Retail

Acquisition of Adone Conseil, a European specialist in management consulting in the Luxury and Retail sectors.

Creation of a unique range of Organizational and Technology Consulting services covering the entire digital value chain for players in the Luxury and Retail sectors in France and Europe.

HR and HRIS Consulting

Acquisition of KMSI to create Magellan HR, the Group entity dedicated to HR and HRIS consulting.

Magellan HR offers an innovative range of services for all HR players, from upstream strategic consultancy (organisation, processes, human capital, project management, HRIS transition, HR DATA, Payroll) to the integration and production of digital solutions.

2024

Pega

Acquisition of Oligos, a Pega solutions implementation and consulting firm. Strengthening of the Group’s capacity for support, innovation and digitalisation of the customer experience.

Creation of a 360° Pega offering ranging from Business Consulting to Implementation for all business sectors. Oligos is involved in all of the editor’s solutions: Intelligent Automation, Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Sales Automation, Customer and Product Lifecycles.

2025

Sustainable performance consulting

Acquisition of VPWhite, a specialist in ESG consulting and the digitalization of non-financial processes.

Creation of a comprehensive service offering to support companies with their ESG strategy, from defining the roadmap to operational deployment, including the integration of specialized platforms and regulatory compliance.

Our 2025 Strategic Plan

In 2021, Magellan Partners welcomed CAPZA, a leading private equity investor in SMEs, as a minority shareholder.

This transaction aims to speed up the organic development of Magellan Partners through a targeted, ambitious acquisition policy. CAPZA will support Magellan Partners’ development with an investment of €100M over the next 5 years.
