The new entity is positioned as one of the leading independent Cybersecurity players in France, with 120 highly qualified consultants and sales of 17 million euros by 2025.

 

Founded in 2013 by the Orians Group, Akerva stands out for its audit, Red Team and governance services, as well as its Cyber Defense Center (SOC) offering comprehensive risk prevention services.

 

Created in 2015, Magellan Sécurité, a pure player in cybersecurity within the Magellan Partners Group based in Paris, Toulouse, Nantes and Lyon, benefits from multi-sector expertise covering Cyber strategic consulting, risk management, auditing, risk management and the integration of digital security solutions serving major accounts and ETIs.

 

The industrial project at the heart of the merger thus guarantees a comprehensive range of Cyber consulting and operations offerings to ensure the resilience of organizations against cyber attacks, to be as close as possible to the businesses, strategies and risks of each organization, and to offer support at the crossroads of technologies and business processes.
